We ship worldwide using reliable third-party carriers such as Austrian Post, DHL or UPS.
VAT & Customs
- For EU countries, VAT is applied according to the applicable rate of the destination country.
- For non-EU countries, import duties, customs charges, or tariffs may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you inform yourself about any applicable import regulations before placing your order.
- Please note that we do not refund customs duties, tariffs, or other import charges in the event of a return.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid or unexpectedly high customs fees, we will refund the order amount minus any costs incurred as a result.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Promotional Orders
Orders exceeding €700 are eligible for complimentary shipping.
In the event of a return (full or partial return that reduces the order value below the minimum threshold required for free delivery) of items purchased under this promotion, a €25 restocking fee for EU orders and €45 restocking fee for non-EU orders will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
No price adjustments or retroactive application of promotions will be made to previously placed orders.
