Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items. Additionally, any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed if the item is returned.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email at sales@carrouselthestore.com to notify us of your intention to return the item(s).
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping the goods back.
3. Use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery of the return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund within a maximum of 5 working days. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
